DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

North of Thirty Fitness sells downloadable digital guides, personalized fitness plans, and online coaching. We do not ship physical goods.

FREE DOWNLOADS
Our free ebook is provided at no charge. If the download link does not arrive or the file cannot be opened, contact us and we will resend or replace it.

PAID DIGITAL GUIDES
If a paid file is missing, corrupted, duplicated, or materially different from its description, contact us within 14 days of purchase so we can correct the issue. Where you have expressly requested immediate digital delivery and acknowledged that downloading begins the supply of the content, cancellation rights may be affected. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

PERSONALIZED PLANS
A personalized plan can be cancelled for a full refund before work begins. After work has begun, any refund may be reduced to reflect work already completed. Once a bespoke plan has been delivered, it is not normally refundable unless it is defective or materially different from what was agreed.

ONLINE COACHING
You may cancel a recurring coaching subscription before the next billing date to prevent the next charge. Unless required by law, payments already made are not refunded for a partially used billing period.

REQUESTING HELP OR A REFUND
Email archiephillip94@gmail.com with your name, order number, purchase email, and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks and card providers may require additional processing time.

MEDICAL OR FITNESS OUTCOMES
Dissatisfaction with individual progress is not by itself grounds for a refund because results depend on personal circumstances, health, adherence, and other factors. This does not affect your rights if a product or service is faulty, misdescribed, or not supplied with reasonable care.
