Shipping policy

DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

North of Thirty Fitness currently sells digital products and services only. No physical items are shipped.

FREE AND PAID EBOOKS
After checkout, the download link is delivered automatically to the email address supplied with the order. Delivery is normally immediate, although email providers or payment review can occasionally cause a short delay. Please check your spam or junk folder.

If your download email has not arrived within 30 minutes, contact archiephillip94@gmail.com with your order number and purchase email. We will verify the order and resend access.

PERSONALIZED PLANS
Personalized workout and nutrition plans require the customer to provide the requested questionnaire and assessment information. The expected delivery timeframe will be confirmed after we receive complete information. Delays caused by missing or incomplete customer information are not counted as production time.

ONLINE COACHING
Coaching access and onboarding instructions are delivered electronically to the email used at checkout. Ongoing communication and check-ins follow the schedule described on the product page or during onboarding.

DOWNLOAD ACCESS
Customers are responsible for entering a valid email address and retaining a personal copy of downloaded files. Digital materials are for the purchaser’s personal use and must not be redistributed, resold, or shared publicly.
